- Project Scope: New Office Building-3rd floor Build Out
- Project Purpose: Design a layout and install cubicles in a compact area.
- Client's Goal: A space plan that accommodated two large structural pillars, that would not interfere with the access and flow of the employees working in cubicles.
- Our Approach: Monarch utilized cubicles from our pre-owned warehouse to meet the client's needs for this budget-friendly build-out. We designed three pods of 10 cubicles each and two runs of four cubicles each to meet sound buffering and physical access expectations. To provide a cohesive look, we also furnished the conference room that was adjacent to the business management offices.
