- Project Scope: Retrofit
- Project Objective: Adapting an unused space to a professional work and collaboration environment.
- Client’s Goal: The company has recently hired new engineering students who will start apprenticeships upon their graduation. The area had to enable the students to work independently yet collaborate with their colleagues.
- Our Approach: We created a natural division between two open areas without constructing a physical wall. Using a bullpen layout, each apprentice has an independent work area, and ample break-out space to huddle. Additionally, we created a cohesive design aesthetic on the cubicles with fabric that coordinated with the company-branded colors of gray and green.
