His expertise as Monarch’s Rental Account Manager shines through in his ability to optimize layouts, address client needs, and resolve issues related to efficient space utilization.  Whether he’s tackling operational challenges, devising rental strategies, or managing complex projects, Patrick is known as a dependable problem-solver with a plan.

Brian Brown, with over two decades of experience, has specialized in on-site furniture services for the petroleum and construction industries. At Monarch, his responsibilities extend to overseeing space planning, furniture selection, and installation for all industries.  His sense of humor, extensive product knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail make him a valuable resource for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces.

JULIO VALDEZ

Julio spent ten years in the world of architecture before diving headfirst into interior design—and it shows. He’s got an eye for the big picture, but it’s the tiny, often-overlooked details that truly bring his designs to life. Whether he’s picking the perfect fabric or reimagining a layout, Julio knows that everything matters. He's endlessly creative (because why limit the possibilities?) and a natural problem-solver who thrives on seeing spaces from every angle. Expect fresh ideas, thoughtful touches, and a whole lot of style.

LUIS PEREZ

Warehouse/Operations Manager

As a business owner himself, Luis has extensive knowledge of the industry. He oversees the receiving, building, delivery, and installation of all new product orders as well as managing Monarch’s pre-owned and rental inventory warehouses. While at a job site he knows what’s needed to efficiently bring your installation from concept to total functionality.
